I hope you are doing good . With reference to your query , I would glad to telll you need to get confused and worry . If you are interested to do mbbs by giving neet exam and interested to make carrer in maths and physics. You can opt for PCB +maths as your additional subject . To be practical getting a seat in mbbs is quite tough but still give your best . If anyhow you dont get admission in mbbs then go for bsc in physics ,chemsitry or maths
