Hello,

Please check the eligibility criteria for PU LLB exam 2020

A candidate must have passed bachelor's degree or master's degree with atleast 45% marks for candidates who belong to general category for SC/St it is 40% from a recognised board or university.
There is no age limit.
Candidates in final year of their bachelor's or master's degree are also eligible.

It is not clearly mentioned whether you are pursing 4 year degree or 3 year degree.But if you are in final year of your degree you are eligible to appear in 2020.
