It depends on your board's passing criteria. In most boards like CBSE , you need to score at least 33% marks in both theory and practical combined to pass.
However, if your board has separate passing criteria for theory and practical, you might need to check the rules.

In CBSE, for Information Technology , you need to pass both the theory and practical components separately.
Since you scored 35 marks in practical (which is a pass) but only 5 marks in theory (which is below the passing marks), you will fail in the subject unless you score at least 17 marks in theory .
