If i get 16 in IA mark and for 100/35 will get in theory will I pass

Really very sorry to say that you can't get passed out with those marks as your marks are too low in 1A and you theory is also just grace marks so if we combine them both you are not able to get 65 marks so you won't get passed so better luck next time
