if i get absent on practical exam of a particular subject..will i fail in theory part also???

Dear aspirant, if you are absent in the practical subject then you will be marked so durimg the result but theory paper is a written one, whearas you have to pass in the subject that mean in the practical exam and in the theory exam both individually and then the marks are combined for that purticular subject, but if you fail either one of the practical or theory you will fail the subject as well.
