For being eligible to write  ISI Admission Test candidate should have successfully completed and passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and must have studied and passed English and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent examination. So as you are 12th now you are not eligible but once you have passed you will be eligible to give ISI Admission Test. Indian Statistical Institute will conduct ISI admission test on September 20 for admissions into the various courses like B.Stat, B.Math, and M.Tech.

Hello soumikdas99365 , An applicant must have a three year Bachelor's degree in Mathematics , or a BE/B Tech Degree, with Mathematics as a subject, or a B Stat degree from ISI. The candidates with B Math (Pass) degree from ISI, will have to appear for the written admission tests and subsequent interview.
