Admission at ISI Kolkata for B.Stat and M.Stat programmes is based on a written test followed by an interview. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics is jointly offered by ISI, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta. It must be noted that the students with B.Stat (Hons) degree from ISI Kolkata are offered direct admission to this programme without any selection test or interview.

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and appear for JEE Main/CUET UG/ISI Admission Test.

• Aspirants have to appear for a written test. Each applicant takes one or two written tests, the number of written tests being fixed for each programme.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the written test.

• Further, shortlisted candidates have to appear for an interview.

• The final merit list is prepared based on the composite score derived on the basis of students' performance in written test and the interview.
