Yes, you can apply for NEET provided you fulfill its eligibility criteria given below even if you are doing bsc computer science:-

-----------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible for neet 2022 you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2022 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.

†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.

-----------)  Percentage required :- You must get

• at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

• at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

-----------)  Age limit :-

• Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet 2022  one has to be at least 17 years old  by 31st in the year of appearing for the examination i. e 31st December 2022 in case of neet 2022

• Upper age limit :-There's no upper age limit for NEET. Earlier there was upper age limit  of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. You need to choose the code 02 while filling neet 2022 application form

This is because,

Though you are doing Bsc computer science your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

-----------------------------) Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2022 examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

-----------------------------) Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology should also contain practical exam.

-----------------------------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology after passing hsc i. e 10+2 or puc or equivalent.
