Hello dear aspirant,
G.H.Raisoni college and Bharti vidyapeeth both take admission for b.tech by rank scored in jee mains or mhtcet . Therefore if you want to take admission in different college you need to give entrance examination again and pass it .However if you are hoping to get admission directly into 2nd year in a different College then it's not quite possible as there are fixed number of seats in colleges.
