Right now you can fill the result of last semester or year whatever you have with you. All the freshers whose results haven't been declared yet needs to do that.

For the first list when you will br call for interview process after giving CAT exam you would be evaluated on this result only. After that each college from where you have been called for interview round makes you fill up the details once more. Along with details there might be some general questions also about yourself this varies from college to college. While filling this detail you can change your percentage if you have got the final year result.

All the documents are verified properly on the same day of interview before your interview. At that time you can show your percentage change and verify it with your final year marksheet.
