Right now I am in my final year of b.com honours and still now my 2nd year result didn't came. So can I apply for CAT?

If you will clear your CAT this year then only you are eligible or else you can apply for CAT entrance in 2018.
The eligibility to give this entrance is below:

Also you should aim above 50% (minimum) to be eligible for CAT next year.
