NM is a one year duration course with the eligibility of 10+2 (from Arts or Science stream), 10 ^th class . Students have to secure at least 40-50% marks in the qualifying examination. The minimum age requirement is 17 years. Only female students can apply for this course.

No you can't. As the course requires 10+2(PUCs) with science as a mandatory course. Instead you can choose B.Sc Nursing after completing your PUCs in commerce. And this course is permitted for commerce students, and this permission is authorized by INC(Indian Nursing Council).
