Hi Ishika,
You may apply for the following exams for doing a MSc degree in the subject of Biotechnology.
JNU CEEB Combined Biotechnology Entrance Exam.

ICAR AIEEA PG Entrance Exam.

IIT JAM (Indian Institute Of Technology Joint Admissions Test For M.Sc)

AIIMS(All India Institute of Medical Sciences) M.Sc Biotechnology Entrance Exam.

These are common for the MSc degree you are looking you are looking for.
