If you get Central caste certificate ST caste certificate have got from Bihar will be treated as a St candidate to get all the facilities under this category.

If you fill up Delhi university or Banaras Hindu university or JEE mains form should  have to fill it under the ST category to avail the facilities that available under  ST category.
