Hi lucky ,
As this year the ews quota is implemented so as per the sites and experts its cutoff or closing rank are going to be like between the general candidates and obc candidates.

So considering obc with 10000 rank its very difficult for one to get into any good nit with preferred branch
So same applies in your condition but also you xan even get into some not top nits but average nits with your preferred branches but not cs or it .

You are applicable to get seat in all northeast nits .

Hello,
With this JEE main score you won't get a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Actually all the seats get filled filled at around 50 k. But your rank is too high. Also your reservation category won't be of any help here. Hello
The cutoffs for general EWS will be i between those of general category and OBC category. So it is very difficult to say which NITs you can get. But you might get NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Meghalaya, etc. Please use the Jee main college predictor so that you can get almost exact information about which NIT you can get.
