For MBA, you need to be a graduate in any subject. So you can do either of the courses as per your choice. If you want to built you base in the management starting from your UG days, then going for the course of BBA will be a better choice. Now if you want to explore the areas of technology and if you want to know about the programming skills, designing skills etc, then going for the BTech course will be more relevant for you. I would suggest you to go for the course in which you are interested in. Also there are some institutes which offers the BBA-MBA integrated course as well.
