based on your rank , caste , branch you keep  to do your graduation  -government of ap will allot your seat in particular college and as you belongs to non local so as per andhra pradesh rule they will provide 15% seats in total and based on your caste , branch and the colleges you listed in counselling based on this they will allot your seat , and don't worry at all ,keep all good colleges based on your rank definitely you get top college  and don't confuse between local and non local criteria and still if  your stuck , mention in comment section will help you in better way
