I am not able to understand the procedure of admission in university some of them are ; jadhav university, ipu ,Kamala university, mt carmel university etc

Hello
Different university have different admission process. Some university offers direct admission on the basis of marks scored in previous exams. Some university also conducts entrance test for admission in various other courses. As you mentioned about Jadavpur University, For engineering courses the entrance exam is WEBJEE and JEE Mains. So different university have different process.
