Yes you can apply for a 12th retake next year with all subjects from one board. There are maximum 3 attempts for NEET you can appear for.

Hii Shah, You have given your 11 final exam with which subjects?? ...

As per CBSE norms you can attempt only same subjects that you have opted in 11..first 5 compulsory subjects cannot be changed afterwards. 
If you have taken mathematics as additional subjects then only you can change it.. That too prior to 31st oct,
