it would be better to wait until 12th board is published and then decide which college you want to join for BCom.

if your percentage is eligible for SD College then you can apply for it else try for other best college option where your percentage is eligible.

For current year, eligibility criteria can be bit different. there might be some change and updates. So it would be better to wait until officially information is available and apply accordingly
