565 is a nice score.You will get a government MBBS college with this marks. And  in state quota its easier.The cutoffs will increase this year in neet. The trends Will be different. But your rank is enough to fetch you a good government college in Punjab .Just go through the normal process of counselling and give preferences of colleges wisely.
