Hi You have not mentioned your category, nevermind,last year closing rank for seat in government medical college as per category was

OBC 34193
SC 118468
So as per that yp have fair chances of getting a seat if you belong to OBC or SC category. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
