A postgraduate Botany course is the Master of Science in Botany. Biology's section of botany, sometimes known as plant biology, deals with the scientific investigation of plant life. The study of plants, algae, and fungus includes a wide variety of scientific fields, including structure, growth, reproduction, metabolism, development, illnesses, chemical qualities, and evolutionary links across taxonomic groupings. Candidates must pass an entrance test and complete a course leading to any bachelor's degree in biology with any subject, with a minimum cumulative score of 50%, in order to be admitted to the M.Sc. in Botany programme in India. Additionally, in order to be admitted, students pursuing the M.Sc. in Botany programme must have successfully passed the required entrance test from any reputable institution with high results. There are no set requirements or age restrictions for admittance.
