Glad to inform you that yes you can definitely change your colleges if you choose so after a year by taking transfer certificate and can also get admissions in any other college from second year onwards but once pursued you cannot change your branch or else you'll have to start your graduation from first year itself.

I don't think you can go to Nirma University because changing your college like that is not possible.You can only change your branch.

You should also see if Nirma University has lateral entry.
