Applying to private universities thru management quota.

Retaking the JEE.

It's govt. Engineering college godhra Gujarat.its GTU UNIVERSITY.i want change branch civil to computer in 2nd year but no computer branch in my college.can I take admission in other colleges under GTU UNIVERSITY.
