Hello aspirant,
Yes you can prepare for both the courses, but it will be hectic for you as both biology and Maths require time to be given to them, you need to practice a lot for acing in maths and you need time to memorise biology as well and apart from this you need to revise them as well, so it's going to be very hectic for you .
So I'll advice you to focus on one subject of your choice.
And as you are a pcmb student you can read the other subject side by side from board's point of view.

Yes you can. But your question clearly indicates that you are in a state of confusion about what to choose as a career option.
