Hi Honey,
Thanks for your query. Good to know that you wish to appear for MCAT exams. This is to inform you that if you are aspiring to apply to medical/health professional institutes the US, Canada and some other countries, it is only then you need to appear for MCAT examination. As per the MCAT eligibility criteria, the international students are required to fulfil the criteria similar to domestic candidates. you need to hold an MBBS degree or currently pursuing an MBBS programme to be eligible to undergo the registration process of MCAT 2018 without seeking any special permission from the AAMC, the exam conducting body.
Apart from the clause mentioned above, there is a special clause pertaining to MCAT eligibility; where candidates are allowed to appear against a 'special permission from AAMC. For that, you need to complete an undergraduate medical degree apart from MBBS programme. To know more about the MCAT eligibility criteria, click the link provided below-

The no. Of seats in Neet are double than MCAT but the no. Of students giving Neet are 25 times than MCAT.
Success rate for clearing MCAT in first attempt is 50% but for Neet, it is only 5%.
MCAT gives you more than 1.5 minutes for each question but Neet gives you less than 1 minute.
MCAT has passages for students to find answer but in Neet you have to remember everything.
Conclusion: clearing Neet Is far far more difficult than MCAT. Becoming doctor in India is far more difficult than In USA.
But to give MCAT you must be a graduate from some other course and it straight gives you MD but Neet gives you MBBS. Then you should give Neet PG to get MD(extremely more difficult to get than in MCAT).
If we compare college fees,Indian govt. Colleges (usually 150$ -500$ annually) has neligible college fees than USA(22,000$ annually).
This is the truth, I hope it helps.
