SCB means State and Central board channel. You are eligible to apply under this channel if you meet the minimum cutoff percentage prescribed by IISER for your respective state board. Aditionally, you will have to appear in the IISER Aptitude Test to be considered for admission.

IISER Pune takes admission through KVPY or JEE Advanced or SCB Channel.
