IISER Pune would be the best choice for dual degree in physics since in NIRF Ranking it comes on one of the top institutes as well as it is one of the few researched based institutes in the country.
You should go for it without thinking anything.

Hope it helps.
There are a number of things that you have to keep in mind while taking this decision. They are as follows:
a) What subject interests you more. Go for that course irrespective of the College. Gather as much information as you can about the fields from internet and the people associated with that field.
b) If you are fine with the subject go for a college that gives you location advantage . In that case DTU Delhi would be the best choice.
c) In terms of alumni association DTU Delhi will give you better advantage over the other two.
It completely depends on what your aspirations are. What do you want to do with your degree is the most important factor in deciding your institute. IIT-KGP is one of the best Technical Institutes of India and IISER Pune is simply the best Research Institute of India along with IISER Kolkata. If you are more inclined to completely immerse in the field of chemistry and do everything in the field of chemistry, IISER is the best option, while IIT KGP is a very old institute with a lot of societies and clubs which you can never dream of in IISER. Being a technical institute, you have the exposure with the industries and also provides a lot of options from other departments which are absent in IISERs.
But IISER curriculum is very research oriented and you might even be encouraged to go for internships from first summer vacation only. You get the required academic exposure with constant seminars and workshops from one's department. Also, you should not think about placements if you are taking this course. I have tried to tell you the best things from both of the institutes and its up to you to choose one of them according to what you want with your life. So, choose wisely and All The Best.
Institute:Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs)Campu....
The IISERs (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research) are a group of institutions created nationally by the Government of India, to promote research in science and technology. Unlike the IITs, which focus on engineering, here the mandate is geared towards the basic sciences. There are now 7 IISERs in the country, with an 8th likely to open in Nagaland. IISER Kolkata is the oldest set up back in 2006, same year as the one in Pune. The others are in the states of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. The IISERs as a rule cater mainly to integrated degrees.
The IISER Pune is spread over a campus worth ninety- eight acres of land in the state of Maharashtra. It has been granted the status of INI (Institute of National Importance). There are four dual degree programmes run at this campus. These courses are the Integrated BS. + MS. Selection for these programmes is via the JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) which is also the basis of selection to the IITs. The dual programmes are available for the areas of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and in Mathematics. Beyond this, several doctoral options are available on hand here. The entire academics here is run by a cohort of six disciplinary departments.
Each of these possess expertise in their own area. Four of these are for the areas in which the integrated programmes are run. The fifth one is for Earth and Climate Science. The last one is for Humanities and Social Sciences, much in vogue now. The mandate of the IISERs provides much focus on applied and fundamental research. To facilitate this, the one in Pune, has set up several Centres of Excellence (CoE). One of them is for Epigenetics, set up by the DBT (Department of Bio Technology). Another is the Centre for Energy Science, as established by the DST (Department of Science and Technology).
There is also a National Facility for Gene Function in Health and Disease. The most thorough CoE here is the Centre of Excellence in Science and Mathematics Education (COESME). This has been set up under an MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development) scheme, titled- Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission for Teachers and Training (PMMMNMTT). The IISER Pune has also forged several alliances to conduct research at the international level. It is a collaborator with the CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research). The college is also a signatory to the IndIGO (Indian Initiative in Gravitational- wave Observations) Consortium, along with several other leading institutes.
Formerly, there was also a DST Unit on Nano science here. The college has been a member of the Max Planck Partner Group over several researches. Nano- technology and gravity have been key research areas. The IISER Pune has also been a unit for a FAST (Frontier Areas of Science and Technology) initiative of Research in Energy and Sustainable Materials, in an MHRD aided project. To further facilitate this research, the library here is one of the best stocked within the region. Besides the physical books on display, it also provides digital access to en number of international academic journals for research and academic purposes.
The campus has much to offer. There are hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Banking facilities with ATM are available in the campus’s vicinity. There is a sports field where cricket and football may be played. Facilities are also there for indoor sports. The gymnasium may also be used by all. A large auditorium is there to facilitate major events, at both intra and inter college level. The campus is Wi- Fi enabled. Science laboratories have the latest of equipment. A health centre is also there to cater to medical emergencies. Hygienic food is prepared at the college cafeteria. The college even has its own transport to ferry students to and from the campus. A convenience store is also located within campus.
Several publications also originate from the campus of the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research in Pune. The faculty members have periodically gotten their works published on national and international research, peer- reviewed journals. Some have even written full- fledged books, or chapters in such books. Several conferences and seminars are also conducted on campus. The faculty have also had their research papers read at conferences at other institutes, both nationally, as well as internationally. A number of international partnerships have been inked by the IISER, Pune. This helps in research collaborations, exchange programmes and in generating consulting assignments.
There are such collaborating partners all over the world in the countries of USA, Japan, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Italy, Singapore and in France. Some of the names here, include the likes of- University of Michigan, University of Bath, University of Melbourne, University of Parma, National University of Singapore, University of Glasgow, New Mexico State University, Temple University, Hokkaido University and the Leipzig University, besides a few more. All this and more has led to the IISER Pune, accumulating top ranks across ranking platforms. The NIRF (National Institutional Research Framework) in 2019 has placed the institute as the 23rd best overall in the country.
Careers360 shortlists over 5000 colleges across domains each year. Out of these colleges, only those colleges are rated/ranked which provide transparent data requested by Careers360. The cumulative scores of colleges are then calculated and they are divided into clusters as per their scores. Careers360 ranks private and government colleges separately as the support system of both types of Institutions is completely different.
Based on the individual scores secured by colleges in cumulative score that they have received.
The colleges are ranked as per the cumulative score that they have received. The college that has got the maximum cumulative score will be ranked first while the college that has got least cumulative score will be ranked last.
Institutions that are promoted by the central/state or provincial Government or Government aided agencies.
Institutes that are promoted by private trusts/Socities/sector 8 companies that are not for profits.
Accreditation is a process by which the quality of all the programme is examined and certified normally by an external body of academics in a college. It validates and certifies the academic processes practised within an institute are robust and relevant.
Accreditation of this College:
In India, a degree can only be delivered by an approved institution and awarded by an institution authorised to do so by an act of parliament or legislature. Approval of institutions can be in the form of affiliation, autonomy, constituent or even approved institution status accorded by a university.
