I understand that you are currently a student studying in Maharashtra and that you have your caste certificate issued from Karnataka so to answer your question it's highly likely that you would get scholarship provided you fulfill the other eligibility criteria for the same and as for caste certificate- it can be issued from anywhere in India and is applicable everywhere within India.
