Yes , Cengage + NCERT (class 11 and 12) along with Previous year questions is good enough for JEE Mains .If done properly you can expect 80 + marks in JEE Mains. Cengage is a very good book for mathematics and questions are of different variety from easy to hard.
Since you feel you are weak you should start with NCERT , understand the topic carefully then go onto Cengage and solve every question which includes solved examples as well ,if you have some problem look for solutions online or talk to your teachers and classmates .If you think Cengage is hard for you , you can also do RD Sharma or RS Aggarwal first and then go onto Cengage.
