Dear Samyadip, once you complete the Basic Registration process, the code generation will begin. In this, the details that you have submitted in the Basic Registration form are accepted and a code is generated for initiating the final registration process. You can generate this code from January 29th to February 17th. Ideally, you will receive a notification whether your application has been accepted or not. Only those candidates whose application has been accepted can generate this code for the final registration process. This is to make a payment towards application fees and exam city selection. Only when you generate this code, you will be able to proceed with the next step of AIIMS MBBS application form which is the Final Registration during which you need to make the payment for the examination. You need not pay anything during the Basic Registration. During the Basic Registration, all you need to enter is your Contact Details, Personal Details and upload the images of your photograph, signature and left-thumb impression.
