Hey !!
There is age limit for application to sastra university. You must be born after July 1, 2000. You must be not morethan 19 years. Since your d.o.b falls on May,  you will be above completing your 19 years and started as 20 years old before July 1, 2019. Therefore you are restricted.
There are lots of college available.
