The age limit for candidates to apply in sastra is 19+. The candidate must have completed 19 years of age as on July 1 2019. So if your application got rejected due to age that means you must not be meeting their age criteria for admission. You said that you are 19. But you have not mentioned your date of birth. As a candidate, you must have completed 19 years which i guess you have not.
