You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 545 ,the possibilities of getting a government medical college is less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 560 got a seat in the government medical college, Dungarpur in general category and a score of 559 was required to secure a seat in that college in obc category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
