According to your query, It is compulsory to give BITSAT entrance exmas. For giving exams the main eligibilty criteria is to score 75% at lest in aggregate of PCM subjects. To be eligible for direct admission in BITS college you need to be the topper in your 12th boards in your respective state. Even if you have scored 9.88/10 you need to be the state topper to get direct admission. You can also write BITS exam to get admission.
