Your scores are very impressive. Although I must warn you that the cutoff marks would be different for different colleges and will also depend on the number of applicants. So, unless the cutoff lists are declared by the university there is no say on whether you can be sure of a seat. Having said this one other factor is that the University of Delhi releases up to 12 cutoff lists for each of its affiliated colleges. So wait until the cutoff is released.
