Yes you can apply in Madhya Pradesh engineering institutes on the basis of JEE Mains percentile 2020. There are 5% seats for the other state candidate also.

But as per my knowledge you Can't apply in Punjab engineering institutes on the basis of JEE Mains exam because JAC Chandigarh is separate exam to get into that College.
