What are the possibilities of getting colleges through state counselling like Punjab, Orissa, etc, if I belong to Bihar. I got 91.44 percentile in jee mains.

see your score is decent enough to get tier 1 colleges, now as you have mentioned your domicile is bihar, that means if you go for state counselling in punjab or orissa, you need to apply for other state quota seats. now its some times difficult to get top colleges as other state quota seat matrix is less than domicile quota seats.
