I would like to tell you that the there is a rule for the counselling that for state counselling you can apply for only private collages in other states but for the government collages you cannot go for other state as you do not have domicile in it.

Telangana is a Decent state to take  admission in MBBS/BDS Because of it's educational standards .

Some of the collages you should go for are :-

Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad.

Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad.

As you specified that you belong to telangana state and you can also apply for andhra pradesh state counselling (15%quota) for neet ug 2020 in All India Quota category with M.C.C Counseling as if you migrate to A.P then you will be eligible in 85% state quota or else under 15% all india only, as per 375-D Article of constitution also it is 15% only for regions with in Old A.P.
