Hi,

In accordance to the cutoff score of ICAR pg which is as follows

Category	Cutoff
General	300 – 350
OBC \| EWS	300 – 320
SC	250 – 300
ST	200 – 250

With your marks of 230 and belonging to SC category there might be quite low chances for getting a seat. However you may definitely try for opting it. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to
