Hello Nitesh,

Irrespective of when you have passed your intermediate exam, you can pursue Bsc in the Birla Institute. However, as you have taken a gap of one year, you will have to produce a Gap Certificate stating the reason for your delay in pursuing Bsc which you can take from your concerned school!
