you should go for venketeshwara college in delhi University for bcom. Then you can switch the college or course in the later cut offs as cut off will most likely dip. You will get a good college for bcom honours too like kirori mal, Delhi college of arts and commerce, etc. amd most importantly you will also get Better opportunities in Delhi University.
