Pre-enrollment form application is not active yet. On the official page year 2019-2020 pre-admission form is available. You can check it out @ http://mum.digitaluniversity.ac/ try to login using your login details and check if it is opening for you.  as per tentative dates, application form last date is last week of june.

last date is not gone. for pandemic situation the admission process is halted. keep checking official webpage of MU regularly so that you get all the information in time.
