So, you do not belong to non-local category of Telangana state, if you had completed your MBBS from the state of Andhra Pradesh. As per the recent amendments, students who had done their MBBS from Telanaga and Andhra Pradesh are considered as local category, whereas those had done their MBBS from national colleges like AIIMS, JIPMER etc. Are considered as non-local, eventhough they are resident of Telangana.
