Hello,

If you want to go veterinary with in Bpharm course then you have to pay some amount in your Bpharm college. It's called penalty fees or leaving fees also. Because you are blocked one seat for you, sp if you are not studying Bpharm you have to pay some amount. Otherwise college could not consider you for leaving. You can talk to your college authority or principal also.
