You will qualify for this job as you have a 76.55% in your Diploma . You are eligible for the post of Technical Assistant in ISRO as a candidate applying for ISRO should have completed Diploma in first class with a minimum percentage of 65% aggregate score or a minimum of 6.8 CGPA out of 10 . ISRO would be very particular in taking candidates only those who have a very good score and doesn't consider anyone less than the eligible criteria .
