You have appeared for class 12 in 2018 and your score is 69.83% , for eligibility you need to score minimum of 75% in qualifying exam , you become ineligible in this .

And if you have appeared in 2018 , that score will not be considered for 2019. You need to appear in 2019 to get eligible.
