As you have already registered with your basic registration form last year. As, You have already completed your basic registration, you don't need to register again in July session. They can directly log in and fill the final registration form. AIIMS application form can be filled through PAAR which includes basic and final registration stages. Now, go to the website and fill the final registration form.

It will include the uploadation of images, signature and other documents and pay the application fee.
