Yes, you can pursue BA programme in History and Sociology(providing that the college you are going to is offering such combination) even though you did not have History in 10+2. The eligibility criteria for BA suggests that the candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent.
